Definition of a Butt-Whoopin: 13 Year-Old NJ Girl Lied About Abduction

FIRST LET ME SAY: I in no way condone adults having sexual contact with minors, teen or not, consensual or not. THAT SAID....from under the dryer, Miss Natasha would have the whoopin of her life for having me as her mother frightened out of her mind because SHE wanted to go get with some 19 year-old boy AND skip school. There would be no tearful welcome home, except the tears she felt when my hand tagged her behind. There are far TOO many children of color who go legitimately missing to tie up resources on a 13-year-old who wants to be grown. Speak on it....
