Madonna Should Pay Willi Ninja's Medical Bills

"Pay us like you owe us for all the years you ho'ed us/
    Mo' money, but money
talks so talk mo' bucks" -- Jay-Z

Jigga used this lyric in reference to the many years hip-hop artists did not get paid properly by their record companies. I believe the same thing applies to Willi Ninja's untimely death. Madonna owes the vogue community a huge debt; the least she could do is step up and pay Willi Ninja's remaining medical bills, and see to his mother's continued care. Let me keep it real here: The Material Girl pimped her way to multi-millionaire superstar status on the backs of African-American, Latino, and gay cultures, period. She would have nothing, including her firstborn daughter Lourdes(yeah I said it), without black and brown people. (Madonna was quite public about seeking out a Latino to father her first child.)

Now that one of the most influential muses of her career has fallen, the least she could do is show the financial support in his death that she clearly didn't show in life. From what I know of this AIDS pandemic, it would appear Willi did not have access to the proper medical care. Or, if ol'Madge doesn't want to come out of pocket ,for what amounts to a rounding error for her I'm sure, how about a benefit concert? As the late vogue legend Pepper Labeija said in the documentary Paris is Burning, the vogue community is comprised of persons who"don't have two of anything." Why should they have to scrap pocket lint together to try to cover what to them is surely an impossible amount of debt?

Lately Madge has been in the news ,because during her current concert tour she hangs on a cross. How about emulating Christ in a less controversial, more impactful way Madonna, who said "if you have done it unto the least of these, My brethren, you've done it unto Me?"

Interesting. I'd be shocked if she even sent flowers much less paid his medical bills. *sigh* smh

I know right...I'm tryin' to shame the hammer into it, girl. She could do a benefit concert in NYC....shoot.

THANK YOU!!! I've always said that bitch STOLE every "original" concept from blacks and latinos and never gave them proper credit. She prolly wouldn't spit on us if we were on fire, yet we made her famous. Rest in peace Willie! A true innovator.

Appreciate the support julia claudine deveraux! See the post above, where my post was quoted by Michael Musto in the Village Voice. Maybe Ms Madonna will read it and wake up.
